4. Choose the ‘I need help reactivating my account’ option in the next “How can we help you with your account?” question.

10. Wait for Twitter’s reply regarding resetting your old Twitter password.

12. Click the Reset Password button.
13. Enter your new password and confirm by entering it one more time.
